About My Philosophy
Every book I write starts the same way: I read everything published on the subject, then report what it actually says, including the parts nobody wants to hear. As a result, these are the ideas that survived.
Do it in excess.
Moderation is a fine rule for dessert, but it is a poor rule for the things you want to build. So give the work you care about more focus, more hours and more intensity than feels reasonable.
